Benefits of a Keto (Life Style) Diet... Let's get into Ketosis!

Let's get you up to speed about eating a high fat & protein diet along with (liberally) eating fruits and vegetables that are high in fiber (not starchy veggies.) The Keto Diet ( I like to call it The Keto Life Style) has so many benefits you'll be kicking yourself for not doing it sooner!

1- Weight loss! (Ding ding, ding, ding... Winner winner, chicken dinner!) That's right, when you're in ketosis you will be burning fat as oppose to glucose / blood sugar which means you will get leaner and slimmer and look like a million bucks! BTW to me, this, eating fats, proteins and fibrous fruits & veggies is much more sustainable than counting calories and staying hungry at times and then feeling guilty for going over "recommend" daily calorie limit. That's just me.

3- Want to sleep like a baby again? Well some studies have shown being in a ketosis state will improve the overall quality of you sleep, put you a REM for longer periods. So if you have sleep problems the keto (life style) diet has this covered.
4- Get this... The keto (life style) diet is FULLY RECOMMENDED for people with diabetes! When reducing sugar and carbohydrate intake, the stores of fat energy start burning and help to reduce weight. This process also reduces insulin level. So this diet shows a surprising response in the reduction of blood glucose levels.
5- You say, heart health, I say hell yes! Hell yes the keto (life style) diet is great for your heart! Contrary to what you may have heard with a high fat and high protein diet increases cholesterol and high blood pressure again studies have shown the ketogenic diet lowers blood pressure by reducing LDL and triglycerides and increase HDL.
You heard it hear but you'll heard it elsewhere, and from doctors, biologist, and others with more credentials than me, the KETO DIET is a game changer for all the reasons stated above and more. Do the research, ask around, and you'll be happy to have made a life style change to this type of eating habit!
